以可再生、环保型环氧大豆油为起始原料,合成出植物油基聚氨酯,并通过溶液互混方式,将不同质量的含氟聚倍半硅氧烷(OF-POSS)引入到植物油聚氨酯基体中,制备出聚氨酯(PU)/POSS纳米复合材料,并探讨聚倍半硅氧烷对聚氨酯热稳定性和力学性能的影响.热重分析结果表明,在PU的2个热降解阶段,初始分解温度都随POSS含量的增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势,DSC结果同样显示,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)随POSS含量的提高,表现出相同趋势.这种规律可能源于含氟POSS与聚氨酯硬段间的氢键作用以及纳米粒子之间的团聚作用.同时从扫描电镜图中可以看到,随POSS含量的增加,断面的不平整度增大,粒子间的团聚愈发严重.力学测试结果表明POSS的加入能一定程度上提高材料的拉伸强度.
