以TiOSO4和硅溶胶为原料,采用氨水滴定共沉淀方法制备了不同SiO2掺杂量的TiO2-SiO2复合氧化物,并对样品进行了BET、孔结构、XRD、SEM、FT-IR表征.结果表明,复合氧化物具有明显的多孔性质,比表面积和孔体积随着Si含量增加而增大.孔结构表现为由近似球形颗粒经均匀排列而成的无序"隧道"孔,当Ti/Si为4时平均孔径最小(5.1nm),分布最为集中.IR和表面元素分析发现,复合氧化物存在Ti-O-Si键,Ti元素更易在材料表面富集.
