对管线钢L245热轧卷边部裂纹缺陷产生原因进行了分析,并研究了此钢种高温热塑性行为,认为钢种特性是导致热轧卷边部裂纹缺陷产生的根本原因,但通过合适的工艺制度可以减少该缺陷的产生。

The reason of edge crack defect of 1.245 pipeline steel hot-rolled coil is analyzed and high temperature ther-moplastic behavior of this steel grade is studied. The character of steel grade is the fundamental reason for the edge crack defect of hot-rolled coil, but the defect could be reduced via proper process system.
