采用真空热压烧结法在45 #钢基体上制备高铝青铜SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Dy3磷光粒子自敏复合涂层,利用SEM、XRD和荧光分光光度计研究分析烧结复合涂层的结构及发光性能.结果表明:烧结复合涂层组织主要由高铝青铜烧结相、SrAl2O4的低温α相和高温β相共同组成,界面处主要以机械结合为主,并存在部分微区焊合点,涂层的发射光谱是典型的Eu2的4f5d→4f特征发射谱,烧结复合涂层表面发光强度受金属杂质、温度、压力、粉末粒度因素的影响.
