以纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)和有机硅改性聚氨酯为原料,乙酸乙酯为分散剂,通过简单的喷涂法,制备了TiO2/PU微-纳米复合结构的超疏水涂层.涂层表面水的静态接触角为156°,滚动角为3°.经紫外光照射后,涂层表面变为超亲水表面,接触角为3°.用扫描电镜对涂层表面形貌进行了表征,研究了TiO2与PU的质量比、光照时间对涂层表面润湿性转变的影响.结果表明,涂层表面与荷叶表面有相似的微-蚋米结构,当TiO2与PU的质量比在3∶5至4∶5之间,光照时间为3~4 h时,涂层表面润湿性转变明显.
