采用氙灯人工加速老化的方法,研究了以复配型1#耐候助剂制备的耐候母粒对聚丙烯薄膜耐候性能的影响。结果表明:复配型1#耐候助剂对PP薄膜具有很好的耐候效果,以其制备的PP耐候母粒的最佳用量为5%,且钙母粒的加入对添加5%耐候母粒的PP薄膜耐候性能影响很小。
In this paper ,the weather resistant master batch was prepared by taking mixed type 1#as the weather resistant additives.The weathering-resistance of polypropylene ( PP) film was investigated by means of xenon lamp accelerated aging.The results show that mixed type 1# has a good effect on weathering-resistance of PP film.The optimum dosage of weather resistant master batch is 5 percent ,and the weathering-resistance of PP film is almost not affected by the addition of calcium master batch.
