合成了端环氧基硅油与聚醚胺(D-230)的嵌段共聚物。采用端环氧基硅油和嵌段共聚物对双酚A型环氧树脂(E-51)进行改性。结果表明,采用端环氧基硅油和D-230的嵌段共聚物改性环氧树脂(EP),效果优于端环氧基硅油改性的方式。采用4份端环氧基硅油预反应改性EP后,Tg由未改性的163.23℃提高到164.81℃。除耐热性有所提高外,其拉伸强度也几乎能保持不变,断裂伸长率由38.62%降低到30.53%,冲击强度由20.23 kJ/m2提高到32.51 kJ/m2。
Dimethyl siloxane and polyether amine(D-230) of block copolymers were synthesized.Modification on bisphenol A epoxy resin(E-51) was conducted by epoxy-terminated silicone and block copolymer separately.The results show that,using the epoxy-terminated silicone and D-230 of the block copolymer modified epoxy resin(EP) is better than epoxy-terminated silicone of the way epoxy modified.After pre-reaction on EP by epoxy-terminated silicone,the systems containing m(EP)∶m(epoxy-terminated silicone)=100∶4 is found that its Tg reaches 164.81 ℃,which is higher than that of unmodified EP with 1.58 ℃.In addition to improved thermal resistance,the tensile strength almost remains unchanged and elongation rate decreases 38.62% to 30.53%.The impact strength increases from 20.23 kJ/m2 to 32.51 kJ/m2.
