利用非线性有限元软件 ANSYS/LS-DYNA对Zr41.2Ti13.8Cu12.5Ni10Be22 5非晶合金颗粒在几种撞击条件下的破碎行为进行了模拟研究,计算了颗粒失效破碎的临界速度,为非晶合金气流粉碎工艺提供参考.结果表明,尺寸20 μm的颗粒撞击碳化硅基板与撞击钢基板时所需的破碎速度接近,但前者颗粒只在其接触区域附近发生少量局部破碎,后者颗粒沿撞击轴向断裂.尺寸20 μm的颗粒之间碰撞时所需的相对破碎速度约为341 m/s;被撞颗粒尺寸固定时,临界破碎速度随撞击颗粒尺寸增加先增加,在两颗粒尺寸相同时达到最大值,然后再减小;尺寸不同的两个颗粒撞击时小颗粒破碎比大颗粒严重;颗粒之间撞击破碎效果又好于颗粒与基板撞击.
