研究冷却速率的变化对Cr28高铬铸铁凝固组织及耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,基体中固溶的Cr量和组织中碳化物相对体积含量对高铬铸铁的腐蚀速率有显著影响。快的冷却速率使高铬铸铁的组织更为均匀,偏析减小,同时也减小了奥氏体基体和碳化物之间的电极电位差,从整体上提高其耐腐蚀性能。
The effect of cooling rate on the solidification microstructure and corrosion?resistance of high chromium white cast iron (Cr28)was investigated. The results indicate that the corrosion rate of high chromium cast iron largely depends on Cr concentrations in the matrix and the volume fraction of carbides. The rapid cooling rate leads to homogeneous microstructure and reduction in segregation,which decreases the potential difference between matrix and carbides,resulting in the improvment of the corrosion?resistance of high chromium cast iron.
