以硝酸铝为原料,采用乳液法制备了Al2O3:Pr3+荧光粉,对其结构、形貌、晶粒尺寸及发光性能进行了分析.研究了煅烧温度和Pr3+掺杂量对Al2O3:Pr3+荧光粉发光性能的影响.结果表明:采用乳液法制备工艺,经过1050℃煅烧2h,可以得到发光强度高的Al2O3:Pr3+荧光粉,其最佳激发波长为451nm,最佳掺杂量为lmol%Pr3+,此时最强的发射峰出现在676nm附近,可以用于红色发光材料.
