对回转窑内预制砖、浇注料与不同部位所用的铆固件的膨胀系数、线变化率进行了分析,计算了不同温度下材料的膨胀量。对不同材料与铆固件的膨胀缝隙的处理方法进行了探讨,浇注料内锚固件表面处理时应留适宜的膨胀收缩缝隙,接近窑筒方向的膨胀收缩缝隙要小。应严格监控回转窑筒体的温度变化,控制回转窑的筒体钢壳变形,保证回转窑的正常运行和生产。

The expansion coefficient and linear change rate between refractory and metallic anchor in a grate-rotatory kiln are analyzed,and the expansion for materials under different temperatures are calculated in this paper.Treatment measures to reduce the expansion gap between refractory and metallic anchor are discussed.Suitable gap adjacent to the surface of metallic anchor should be kept,but the gap towards the direction of kiln cylinder should be smaller.In order to guarantee smooth operation of the grate-rotatory kiln,it is necessary to control strictly the change of temperatures in the kiln cylinder so as to avoid its deformation.
