冷硬卷表面水印色斑是1种较严重的冷轧带钢表面质量缺陷,会导致电镀锌带钢表面出现色差,影响冷轧产品质量档次。通过对带钢表面水印色斑的物理研究分析,查明了冷硬卷表面产生水印色差斑缺陷的原因。结合实验室试验与现场生产实践,提出了减少水印色斑缺陷的方法,同时为优化轧制油配方提供了指导思路。
Watermark is one kind of surface quality defects which influences the product quality tO satisfy the requirements of advanced clients. For example, it will make the color aberration on the electrogalvanizing product. Based on an analysis of the watermark defect the reason to form the watermark has been ascertained. Combined laboratory experiments with production practice, measures to reduce watermark arising are put forward, meanwhile, some advices for optimizing the dosage of rolling oil are also given.
