借助于Thermo-Calc热力学计算软件,计算了S-04马氏体时效不锈钢不同时效温度下基体组织和析出相的变化,并根据计算结果优化了相应的时效处理工艺.力学性能测试和研究结果表明:用所确定的时效工艺进行热处理后,S-04钢的强韧性最好.
