利用搅拌发泡法研究了磺基甜菜碱氟碳表面活性剂-聚合物二元复合体系的起泡高度和泡沫半衰期,确定了一种可用于提高原油采收率的泡沫驱油体系——磺基甜菜碱氟碳表面活性剂(FS)/α-烯烃磺酸盐(AOS)(质量比为1∶5(质量分数为0.2%的FS/AOS溶液))+1000 mg/L部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM,分子量为1000万)。用该体系进行泡沫驱油室内填砂管驱替实验研究,在45℃,交替注入0.25 PV的FS/AOS/HPAM驱油体系和0.25 PV的氮气进行驱油实验,所用原油45℃黏度为950 mPa.s,结果表明,注入复合段塞后,注采压差迅速上升,可在水驱基础上提高原油采收率32.06%,最终采收率可达80.79%。

The flooding system was determined according to the foam properties(bubble height and halflife) using stirring method: sulfobetaine fluorocarbon surfactant(FS)∶sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate(AOS) = 1∶5(0.2% FS/AOS solution)+1000 mg/l hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM)(molecular weight 10 million).The laboratory experiment was carried out by alternately injecting FS/AOS/HPAM displacing system and nitrogen gas for 0.25 PV each at 45 ℃ using sand packed displacement apparatus.The viscosity of the crude oil is 950 mPa·s at 45 ℃.The results show that the injection-production pressure difference increases rapidly after injection of the flooding system,the recovery ratio is increased by 32.06% compared with water flooding,and the final recovery is as high as 80.79%.
