为研究扁钢精整过程中的变形和轧制力的变化规律,利用弹塑性有限元方法建立了扁钢精整过程的分析模型,系统地模拟了扁钢精整的全过程。仿真结果表明:利用弹塑性有限元法模拟得到的扁钢精整后变形与实际变形基本吻合;且仿真所得的轧制力大小与物理测得的现场数据吻合较好,为精确计算各精整参数提供了参考数据。

In order to study the deformation and rolling force during finishing of steel flats, an analytical model based on elasticplastic finite element method was established to simulate systematically the whole finishing process. The results show that the simulated deformation and rolling force of steel flats during finishing are in good agreement with the actual ones, offering reference data for the calculation of finishing parameters.
