对西北有色金属研究院研制的新型Ti-Al-Cr-Mo-W-Fe系β钛合金在α+β相区固溶,经不同条件冷却后初生α相的演变行为进行研究。结果表明:当冷却速率为0.05℃/min时,初生α相为近球形,呈现球状生长的特征,且晶粒尺寸随着冷却时间的延长没有明显增加;当冷却速率为0.005℃/min时,部分初生α相端面出现“叉型”结构定向生长,呈现片层结构特征,α相平均等效直径随冷却时间的延长连续增大,形状因子越来越偏离最初的0.9,不均匀生长越来越加剧。

The primary αphase transformation of Ti-Al-Cr-Mo-W-Fe titanium alloy during different cooling processes within the α+βtwo-phase region was investigated .This new βtitanium alloy was developed by Northwest Institute for Nonferrous Metal Research .The results show that the growth character of primary αphase is globular and the size growth of globular crystals with the cooling time expand is not large when the cooling rate is 0.05 ℃/min.But the growth character of primary αphase is fork type structure and the equivalent diameter with the cooling time expand is large, the shape factor is more deviated from 0.9 and the uneven growth is more intensified when the cooling rate is 0.005 ℃/min.
