基于不同Mn和W含量的4Cr2Mo2W2V热锻模具钢的回火特性曲线,以及在620℃不同保温时间的力学性能,揭示了不同Mn和W含量下4Cr2Mo2W2V钢中碳化物的演变规律,并探讨其对该钢高温性能的影响.同时,结合Johnson-Mehl-Avrami(JMA)方程分析了合金元素Mn和W对回火稳定性动力学过程的影响.结果表明,Mn和W元素的增加使4Cr2Mo2W2V钢的二次硬化峰向右移动,热稳定实验与理论分析结果一致,Mn和W元素能有效抑制碳化物粗大,增强马氏体的抗回复能力.
