在喷气发动机的发展过程中,通过增大压气机的级负荷来减少压气机的级数,提高整个发动机的推重比(功重比)是一个重要的发展方向,而提高动叶周向速度是提高压气机级压比的重要发展途径.随着高负荷压气机的叶尖来流相对马赫数的进一步提高,利用复杂激波波系来实现增压效应的超音速压气机成为高性能压气机的研究趋势.本文在对比分析超音进气道、Rampressor和传统超音速压气机的基础上,将超音进气道的设计原理引入冲压叶栅的设计当中,提出了将冲压面布置于S1流面的旋转冲压压气机转子方案,并创造性地提出了内压式冲压叶栅的概念及相应的设计方法.采用此类冲压转子的压气机,具有大流量、高负荷、高效率的特点.数值模拟的结果表明,当叶尖速度达450m/s时,冲压叶轮的静压升可以超过4.5,总压升可达2.9,叶轮的效率则为83%左右.
