为了解决SONOTRONTM超声波站检测效率低、误判率高等问题,通过开发新型探头材料,研制方形探头等实现了探头国产化,并首创了在线随动探伤方法.结果表明:采用国产化探头,超声波站设备故障时间降低83.3%;探头寿命提高6.5倍,探头价格降低一半,在线更换调整时间缩短2/3;检测出钢轨缺陷的重现率不小于99.55%,且探伤起落架可适用于多种规格的重轨.

To solve the problem of low detecting efficiency,high misjudgment ratio in SONOTRONTM ultrasonic inspection station,new probe materials and square probe were developed and home-made successfully.In addition,the method of online follow-up detecting was initiated,Results show that by using the domestic probe,failure time of ultrasonic inspection devices reduced by 83.3 %,probe service life extended by 6.5 times,probe price lowered by half,online replacement and adjustment time was shortened by 2/3,detecting recurrence rate of heavy rail defects was no less than 99.55 %,and the detecting landing gear can be applied to various specifications of heavy rail.
