为了观察分析高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的银纹区性能,对两种HDPE全切痕试样分别进行了速率为0.1mm/min,0.5mm/min,1mm/min,5mm/min,20mm/min和50mm/min的拉伸测试。基于对静态断裂过程应力.位移数据的分析处理,结果表明,HDPE的屈服应力随着拉伸速率增大;高应力时两种HDPE均存在常临界位移控制其银纹断裂;HDPE2480银纹微纤的稳定性较大,材料韧性较好。HDPE静态拉伸断面显微结构显示,HDPE2480的银纹微纤尺寸大于HDPE4801。导致两者断面弧形巢尺寸和孤形巢内粗糙度的不同。

In order to observe and analyse the craze zone behaviour of HDPE, the circumferentially notched tensile specimens of two types of HDPE were tested at tensile rates of 0.1 ram/rain, 0.5 mm/min, I mm/min, 5 ram/rain, 20 mm/min and 50 mm/min, respectively. Based on the analysis of stress-extension data for static fracture of HDPE, the results show that the yield stress of HDPE increases with the increase of the tensile rate. Under the high stress, there are constant critical extensions exist in the two types of HDPE, which can control the craze failure. The stability of craze fibrils and the toughness of HDPE2480 is better than that of HDPE4801. The micros-morphology analysis of the static tensile fracture surface is shown that the craze fibrils cross section of HDPE 2480 is bigger than that of HDPE 4801, which may leads to the difference between the size and the coarseness of arc nests on the fracture surfaces of HDPE2480 and HDPE4801.
