本工作导出了紧靠氮化物层下方发生的内氮化过程的动力学方程,方程也可用于双层内氮化过程。按此方程所设计的方案在氨气介质中对4Cr14Ni14W_2Mo 钢进行氮化实验,得到与预期相一致的结果。较高的氮化温度和较高的氨气分解率可免除该钢种的氮化层剥落。
