二维编织布在铺设形状复杂的复合材料结构时,如果边缘受到拉剪,经纬纱之间的夹角会发生变化;在固化过程中,原本正交的经纬纱走向也可能发生偏转.经纬纱之间夹角的变化会增加材料的各向异性,进而影响结构的力学性能.本文通过试验研究了纤维束偏转对二维编织复合材料弹性性能的影响,分别进行了三种典型试验件面内拉伸弹性模量的测试.基于刚度体平均方法,提出了一种非正交二维编织树脂基复合材料的刚度预测模型,并在此基础上分析了纤维束偏转对材料有效性能的影响规律.计算结果与试验数据符合良好.

When a dry 2-D fabric was shaped around complex shaped molds,it was in a state of in-plane tension and shear deformation,and the angle between the warp and weft yarns was altered.This change may also occur when it was cured.Change of angle between yarns will increase the anisotropy of materials,and cause significant variations of the mechanical properties.Effects of the angle between warp and weft yarns on the effective elastic properties of the composite were also studied experimentally.In-plane tension stiffness of three types of specimens was tested.An analytical model to predict the stiffness of non-orthogonal 2-D plain woven composites was established based on the volume average method of stiffness,and the effect of yarns deflection on the elastic properties of composites was demonstrated.Theoretical predictions coincide well with experimental results.
