柞蚕丝素蛋白因其独特的优势在生物医学材料领域具有潜在的应用前景.制备柞蚕丝素蛋白(WSF)与聚乙烯醇(PVA)共混复合材料(WSF/PVA),通过傅立叶转换红外光谱(FTIR)和相关力学性能测试方法,探讨制膜条件对WSF构象及其材料力学性能的影响.结果表明:PVA分子量、加热温度、交联、增塑、变性剂浓度均对WSF的构象和复合材料的力学性能产生影响.
