合成了2种大分子交联剂——聚乙烯醇双丙烯酸酯(PEGDAc)和聚己内酯双丙烯酸酯(PCLDAc),通过原位自由基聚合与N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAm)和丙烯酰胺(AAm)反应制备了多孔互穿网络温敏性水凝胶.用核磁共振表征了PEGDAc和PCLDAc的结构,凝胶组成通过红外光谱确认.用扫描电镜观测了凝胶内部形态.此外,用DSC表征了凝胶的相变温度,并测定了凝胶不同温度下的溶胀率,研究了其溶胀动力学.结果表明,凝胶具有均匀孔洞结构,且具有较高的溶胀比和较快的去溶胀动力学,AAm/NIPAm的值对凝胶结构和性能均有一定的影响,实验确定了最佳配比,即AAm含量低于单体NIPAm总量的5%.
