研究了热轧带钢窜辊策略对轧辊综合辊型的影响,建立了窜辊策略的多目标优化模型。综合考虑轧辊磨损、热凸度和原始辊型,仿真研究窜辊策略对轧辊综合辊型的影响,提出中部平滑和边部平滑2个评价指标;以所有带钢的平均中部平滑指标和平均边部平滑指标为优化目标,带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)为优化算法,建立基于轧辊综合辊型仿真的窜辊策略的多目标优化模型。仿真计算得到窜辊分散轧辊磨损和热凸度的效果,发现变行程窜辊能获得无局部猫耳的“餐碟型”综合辊型,有利于实现自由规程轧制。工业生产验证了优化窜辊策略和相关模型的有效性,显著改善了板形质量,延长了轧制计划公里数。

The effect of roll shifting strategy on roll comprehensive contour in hot strip mill was investigated,and a multi-objective optimization model for roll shifting strategy was presented. Taking roll wear contour, roll thermal contour and roll ground contour into account, the effect of different roll shifting strategy on comprehensive contour was studied by numerical simulation, and two evaluation indexes including body smoothness and edge smoothness were presented. Body smoothness average and edge smoothness average of all strips were selected as optimization objectives, and the multi-objective method of NSGA-II as the optimizer, and then a multi-objective optimization model for roll shifting strategy was built. The results show work roll shifting can smooth roll wear contour and thermal contour, and roll shifting strategy with varying stroke can gain the dish-shaped roll comprehensive contour without local cat ear, and it is helpful to achieve schedule free rolling. Finally, practical application cases confirm the validity of the optimal shifting strategy and related model, and it can improve strip profile, and extend the rolling miles of rolling campaigns.
