采用脉冲电镀法通过改变平均电流密度和占空比制备了Ni-P合金镀层,利用SEM观察了镀层的表面形貌,用螺旋测微仪测试了镀层的沉积速度,并通过盐水浸泡试验和极化曲线测量考察了镀层的耐蚀性能,以获得最佳的脉冲电镀参数。结果表明:平均电流密度为3A/dm^2、脉宽ton为2ms时,镀层沉积速率较好;占空比为1:5时镀层表面晶粒细化效果较好,表现出优异的耐腐蚀性能。
