以AlSil2和漂珠(平均粒径分别为200μm和400μm)为原料,采用渗流法制备出漂珠-泡沫铝复合材料,研究了该材料的压缩性能,发现其压缩曲线和传统泡沫铝相似,并以此为基础计算了材料的吸能能力和吸能率,结果表明该材料的屈服强度为26.53~69.02MPa,最大吸收能量为18.28~24.25MJ/m3最大吸能率在69.9%~87.1%;含小粒径漂珠样品的综合压缩力学性能明显优于舍大粒径漂珠样品.
