利用L-谷氨酸和苯甲醇反应制备了L-谷氨酸-苄酯;L-谷氨酸-苄酯与三光气反应制备了N-羧基-L-谷氨酸-苄酯-环内酸酐(BLG-NCA);以乙醇胺(HOCH2CH2NH2,EA)为引发剂,在二氯甲烷中引发BLG-NCA开环聚合得到了聚L-谷氨酸-苄酯.通过红外IR、1H-NMR、GPC等方法对合成的聚合物进行了表征.结果表明,乙醇胺在二氯甲烷中能够引发BLG-NCA开环聚合得到主链含有活性羟基的聚L-谷氨酸-苄酯,羟基的引入使聚合物溶解性提高.
