热镀铝锌钢表面单一的硅烷涂层或环氧涂层的防护效果不佳.采用浸渍-提拉法在热镀铝锌钢板表面制备了水性环氧树脂(BH685)-γ-(2,3环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)复合涂层.采用扫描电镜观察复合涂层表面形貌;采用能谱仪及傅立叶变换红外光谱仪研究了其成分及结构;通过盐雾腐蚀及电化学方法测试了其耐蚀性能.结果表明:复合涂层均匀、完整,但存在微裂纹;硅烷KH560与热镀铝锌钢板基体发生了化学键合作用,形成了Si-O-Al、Si-O-Zn和Si-O-C结构,复合涂层主要含有C,O,Si,Al,Zn等元素;复合涂层显著提高了热镀铝锌钢板的耐蚀性能,对基体附着力较高.
