针对用EA4T钢生产制造的直径265 mm电力机车车轴的断裂,具体分析了其化学成分、力学性能、冶金质量、断口形态和显微组织等,特别就冶金质量对车轴性能的影响进行了相关分析和讨论。最终认为:车轴在精加工过程的脆断发生前,内部业已存在无损探伤所检测到的裂纹面,它的产生与车轴内局部存在较多的疏松、孔洞和材质标准中所不允许出现的点状偏析有关。
Based on the fracture of loco axle made by EA4T steel , the composition, mechanical property, fracture feature and microstructure of the axle have been investigated; The influence of metallurgical quality on the properties of the axle also have been discussed. It is considered that some internal fracture planes have been observed before the axle breaking during final finishing,and that this internal fracture are relate with looseness,voids and point segregation in the EA4T steel.
