采用阴极等离子电解沉积在镍基合金上制备了Al2O3-YAG复合涂层.该涂层的外层具有多孔结构,与合金基体结合的内层为致密结构,涂层总厚度可达100 μm,涂层由Al2O3和YAG两相构成.在1100℃空气中循环氧化的结果表明:Al2O3-YAG复合涂层具有优异的抗高温氧化性能和抗剥落性能.这些特性可主要归因于,涂层中Al2O3相阻碍氧扩散的作用和涂层的多孔结构及复合结构的增韧作用.
