以六氯环三磷腈、对羟基苯甲醛及9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)等为原料,合成出新型单组分磷-氮膨胀阻燃剂六(4-(9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物)-羟甲基苯氧基)环三磷腈(Ⅴ),其结构经红外光谱(IR)、质谱(MS)和核磁共振(1H-NMR)表征。热失重分析表明,化合物(Ⅴ)具有较高热稳定性和良好成炭性,起始分解温度为195℃,800℃时炭残量达50.3%。扫描电镜观测发现,500℃时,化合物(Ⅴ)产生连续、致密、光滑、均匀的膨胀炭层。变温红外光谱研究表明,当温度从200℃加热至700℃时,化合物(Ⅴ)官能团强度逐渐由强变弱,并在1631 cm-1处产生新的芳香环炭层结构吸收峰。

The monomolecular P-N intumescent flame retardant hexalis-( 4-DOPO-methanolphen-oxy)- cyclotriphosphazene (I)OPOMPC) (V) was synthesized via hexachloroeyelotriphosphazene, 4-hydroxybenaaldehyde and DOPO by a two step reaction and its structure was identified and studied by Fourier transform infrared spectra (FT-IR), 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum (IH-NMR)and mass spectrometry (MS) analyses. The thermogravimetry shows that the flame retardant has high thermal stability and excellent char-forming ability. The beginning temperature of the compound ( V ) decomposition is above 195 E, and the char yield is about 50.3 % at 800℃. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation reveals that the continuous, intact, strong and closed intumescent charred layers are formed in the compound ( V ) specimen after burning at 500℃. Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy shows that the absorption intensity of functional group from the compound (V) becomes from strength to weak when being heated from 200℃ to 700℃. The charred layers of the compound (V) show a new poly-aromatic structure absorption at 1631 cm-1.
