17-4PH沉淀硬化不锈钢经适当的热处理后具有优良的综合性能,常用于石油、化工、航天航空等领域.本工作研究时效温度对17-4PH不锈钢力学性能及在工业废硫酸溶液中腐蚀行为的影响,结果表明:随着时效温度升高,17-4PH不锈钢屈服强度和抗拉强度下降,断面收缩率和延伸率增加;其冲击断口形貌由脆性断裂逐渐过渡为韧性断裂;自腐蚀电位关系为E550℃>E620℃>E580℃.浸泡试验结果表明,经550℃时效处理的17-4PH具有较好耐蚀性能,620℃次之,580℃最差.
