摘 要 太钢4350m3高炉3年多的生产实践表明,炉芯温度与大型高炉的炉缸侧壁温度及接受强化冶炼的相关性很强。本文尝试从焦炭质量,炉内煤气流控制和渣铁成分等方面来分析实现炉芯温度有效控制的措施。

Abstract: TISCO 4350m3 blast furnace has been in production for three years. The three-year-long production experience proves that strengthening melt has something to do with the furnace core temperature and the furnace’s stability. In this article, the author tries to analyze how to control the furnace core temperature through coke quality, gas flow control and iron slag control and so on.
