分析评述了现阶段碳纳米管纯度测定方法,包括TEM、TPO、TGA、Raman等.指出采用TPO法和TGA法测定时,受到反应放热和残留催化剂的影响,测定结果误差大;探讨Raman光谱测定单、双壁碳纳米管纯度时,当碳纳米管中无定形碳含量高于15wt%后,计算结果为负值.
