以激光辐照圆柱形金属/炸药结构为研究背景,通过建立热传导的有限元方程得到温度场数值解,分析材料属性对温度场及炸药热爆炸的影响。结果表明:金属材料热导率越大,比热容越小,则壳体表面温度和炸药温度越高,越有利于炸药的热起爆;隔热层的存在阻止了能量沿激光辐照轴线的传导,减缓炸药的温升,不利于炸药的热起爆。
The influence of material properties on temperature field and thermal explosion of explosive was analyzed with the background of laser irradiating column metal/explosive structure. The finite?element calculating models were established. It is shown that the temperatures of outer surface and explosive are higher when the thermal conductivity of metal material is higher and the specific heat capacity is smaller,the explosion of explosive becomes easier. The insulation prevents heat transfer along the axes of laser irradiating,slows down temperature rising. Because of insulation,the thermal explosion of explosive becomes more difficult.
