Determination of Active Ingredients of Radix Isatidis and Comparison

本实验用不同溶剂提取板蓝根中靛蓝和靛玉红，用紫外分光光度计测定出各提取液中靛蓝与靛玉红的含量，从而得出提取靛蓝和靛玉红效果最好的溶剂，最后得出靛蓝靛玉红在75%乙醇溶液中有较高的溶解度。

This experiment uses different solvents to extract the indigo and indirubin from indigowoad root. De-termining the content of the indigo and indirubin in each extract solvent which can conclude the solution that extract most content of indigo and indirubin with ultraviolet spectrophotometer. Finally it is concluded that the indigo and indirubin have higher solubility in 75% ethanol solution.
