以有机溶剂氯仿/甲醇为提取液,使用抽提方法从无氨新鲜天然胶乳中提取天然脂类物质。将所提取的脂类物质皂化分离出了β-谷甾醇。测试并分析了β-谷甾醇对天然橡胶(NR)、异戊橡胶(IR)老化性能及热稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,β-谷甾醇具有良好的抗氧化作用,是存在于NR中的天然防老剂,很好地改善了NR的老化性能,对IR也有良好的抗老化效果,并且从不同程度上提高了天然橡胶和异戊橡胶的热稳定性。

Lipids existed in natural rubber latex were extracted by organic solvents(choroform/methanol mixes).The β-sitosterol was separated after saponifing the lipids.Also the influence of β-sitosterol on aging properties and thermal stability of rubber were measured and studied.The results show that β-sitosterol is a natural antioxidant present in natural rubber.It can improve the anti-aging performance of natural rubber.In addition,β-sitosterol is also effective to cis-1,4-polyisoprene.The thermal stability of natural rubber and cis-1,4-polyisoprene have been improved in the different extents by adding β-sitosterol.
