研究了热老化和冷热循环老化对Kapton CR薄膜击穿电压、拉伸强度和伸长率的影响.结果表明:Kapton CR薄膜的拉伸强度和伸长率随着热老化时间的延长和冷热循环老化次数的增多而明显变小,而Kapton CR薄膜的击穿电压没有明显变化.
