利用ANSYS商业有限元软件,建立了板坯连铸结晶器二维凝固传热数学模型.采用传热和应力、应变直接耦合的方法,对结晶器内钢液在浇铸过程中的凝固传热进行了数值模拟分析,并对同一拉速下的3个典型钢种和同一钢种在不同拉速下的铸坯窄面温度分布和收缩量进行了讨论.结果表明:在结晶器出口处,3个钢种板坯窄面中心温度高低顺序为:X70>SS400/D36;3个钢种板坯窄面中心收缩量大小顺序均为:X70>D36>SS400;同一钢种的拉速增加0.1m/min,铸坯窄面中心温度升高23.75℃.

By using the commercial finite element software ANSYS,a two-dimensional solidification and heat transfer model of continuous casting mould was established.Heat transfer and stress/strain directly coupled numerical simulation was used to analyze the solidification and heat transfer of liquid steel in the mould during casting process.Under the condition of 3 kinds of steel grades with the same casting speed and the same steel grades with 2 kinds of different casting speed,narrow-face temperature distribution and shrinkage of the slab were discussed.Results show that the narrow-face-center temperature value order of the 3 kinds of steel grade is X70,SS400/D36,and the shrinkage value order is X70,D36,SS400; when casting speed of the same steel grade is increased by 0.1 m/min,narrow-face-center temperature increases 23.75 ℃.
