利用分子自组装技术在载波片上制备了锐钛相TiO2及WO3掺杂的TiO2薄膜.利用原子力显微镜(AFM)和UV-VIS-NIR分光光度计对薄膜进行了表征.利用对罗丹明B的降解评价了所制备薄膜的光催化活性.结果表明:当W/Ti=2at%时,TiO2薄膜的光催化活性得到提高.
Anatase phase TiO2 and WO3-doped TiO2 thin films were prepared on microscope glass slides by self-assembly method. The films were characterized by atomic force microscope (AFM) and UV-VIS spectrophotometer. The photocatalytic activities of the films were tested on the degradation of rhodamine B dye. The results indicate that when the atom ratio of W/Ti is 2at%, the photocatalytic activity of the TiO2 is improved.
