以对氨基苯硫酚与4,4′-二氯二苯砜为原料,合成出芳香二胺单体S,S′-双(对氨基苯基)对二苯砜,反应产率为70.26%。以此芳香二胺和三种不同芳香二酐为单体,通过低温聚合反应合成了高分子量的聚酰胺酸,热亚胺化的产物在极性强的溶剂中具有较好的溶解性。差示扫描量热(DSC)和热重分析(TG)等测试表明,三种聚合物均为无定型结构,其玻璃化转变温度(Tg)介于234℃~242℃,在氮气气氛中,5%,10%的热失重温度(Td)分别在469℃,500℃以上。力学性能测试表明,这些可溶性聚酰亚胺薄膜的拉伸强度,弹性模量分别能达到166.23 MPa,2.45 GPa。
An aromatic diamine monomer,S,S′-bis(p-aminophenyl)terediphenylsulfone(APPS) was synthesized by employing 4-mercaptoaniline and bis-(4-chlorophenyl)sulfone as starting materials.The structure of monomer was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR),1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(1H-NMR) and elemental analysis.A series of new polyimides(PIs) having inherent viscosities of 1.46 dL/g~1.76 dL/g were synthesized from aromatic diamine APPS with various commercially available aromatic dianhydrides using a standard two-stage process with thermal imidization of poly(amic-acid)s(PAAs) films.The structure of polymers was respectively investigated by FT-IR and elemental analysis.All the new polyimides are soluble in strongly polar solvents.They have good thermal stability with the glass transition temperature of 234 ℃~242 ℃,the temperature of 5% and 10% weight loss in nitrogen are in the range of 469 ℃~502 ℃ and 501 ℃~510 ℃ respectively.All PIs are found to hold outstanding mechanical properties with the tensile strengths of 121.51 MPa~166.23 MPa and Young′s modulus of 1.91 GPa~2.45 GPa.
