采用离子束多靶溅射系统结合掩模技术,制备了4×4阵列铝锌二元镀膜组合材料试样库;利用自建的试验平台对镀膜的耐盐液腐蚀性能进行了研究,借助正交试验研究了盐液液面高度等关键参量对耐蚀性能的影响,获得了最优成分。结果表明:铝的物质的量分数为83%~86%时镀膜具有较好的耐腐蚀性能。
A combinational material library of a 4 ×4 array of Al-Zn film samples was prepared by a combination of multi-target ion beam sputtering and masking technology. The resistant corrosion property of the A1-Zn films in salt solution was tested by a self-built test platform. The influence of some important parameters, such as the height of the electrolyte, on the test results was analyzed by using orthogonal experiments, and optimal chemical composition was obtained. The results show that the film had fairy good resistance corrosion property when the mole fraction of A1 was 83%--86%.
