以某钢厂板坯结晶器为原型，采用1∶1水模型研究方法，系统地研究了不同连铸工艺操作参数下，结晶器边部保护渣卷入同结晶器液面波动和表面流速之间的关系，结果得出临界边部卷渣液面波动值和临界边部卷渣表面流速值。
Based on the slab caster mold of a steelmaking plant as prototype, the effects of edge entrapped mold powder on the liquid level oscillation and the surface velocity in the mould under different casting technological parameters have been studied by water modeling with 1∶1 ratio. The results provide critical values of edge entrapped mold powder on the liquid level oscillation and the surface velocity in the mould.
