采用溶胶凝胶法合成LiTaO_3粉体,并探讨溶胶-凝胶过程中的工艺条件对LiTaO_3陶瓷制备的影响.结果表明:在CA(柠檬酸):Ta=4:1条件下制备的LiTaO_3粉体在1150 ℃烧结后试样的相对密度可达到92.3%;相对介电常数可达到147,介电损耗低为1.63.

LiTaO_3 powders with high sintering activity was synthesized by Sol-Gel method at lower sintering temperature. and the effects of the processing parameters of sol-gel method on the properties of LiTaO_3 powders was discussed. The results showed that relative density of 92.3%, relative dielectric constants of 147 and dielectric loss of 1.63 could be reached for the specimen sintered at 1150 ℃ with LiTaO_3 powders at 4:1 ratio of CA (citric acid) and Ta by sol-gel method.
