以镁砂为主要原料,通过改变基质中Al2O3细粉的加入量,在110℃,24h烘干,1500℃,3h烧成制度下,研究了Al2O3细粉的加入对碱性浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:当Al2O3细粉的加入量大于或小于5%时,碱性浇注料料显气孔率大、耐压强度低、抗渣性能差。当Al2O3细粉加入量为5%,碱性浇注料综合性能优良。

Effect of Al2O3 powder addition on properties of Basic castable refractories is investigated with magnesite as main raw materials. We investigated properties of the castable with the different Al2O3 powder addition by drying at 110℃ for 24 hours and sintering at 1500℃ for 3 hours. The experiment shows that. more or less 5% Al2O3 powder not only increase the ratio of apparent porosity but also decrease its cold crushing strength and slag resistance to some degree. The Basic castable refractories has good properties when ddition of Al2O3 powder is 5%,It can remarkably improve properties.
