采用锐孔凝固浴法制备了含有加重剂和油田用缓蚀剂的海藻酸钙微球.利用扫描电镜、热重分析法表征了微球的形貌和组成,并研究了加重剂添加量对微球沉降性能的影响,采用紫外分光光度法和极化曲线法研究了微球的缓蚀剂释放性能.结果表明,封装加重剂的微球沉降性能良好,微球在溶胀破碎过程中逐渐释放缓蚀剂,从而实现缓蚀剂的沉降,增强了缓蚀剂对油井下部设施的防护作用.
