借助VB的可视化界面,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对GCr15轴承钢棒材轧后冷却过程温度场进行模拟仿真,获得轧件表面和内部温度分布规律。结果表明,轧后冷却过程温度场模拟所得结果与实测值吻合。

Based on Visual Basic’s flexible human computer interface, with the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the temperature distribution of the GCr15 bearing steel during controlled cooling after rolling is discussed. The result showed that there was a good agreement between the predicted values and the measured ones.
