利用SalenCrⅢCl催化二氧化碳(CO2)与环氧丙烷(PO)共聚反应,合成出新型脂肪族聚碳酸丙烯酯,利用红外光谱仪(IR)、氢核磁共振(1H-NMR)和凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)对该产物进行了表征。结果表明,最优化的实验条件为:反应温度40℃,CO2的压力1.5MPa,SalenCrⅢCl与DMAP的物质的量比为1∶2,反应20 h可获得完全交替的聚碳酸丙烯酯,分子量高达63 kg/mol。

The copolymerization of carbon dioxide(CO2) and propylene oxide(PO) was performed,by using SalenCrⅢCl with 4-(dimethylamino) pyridine(DMAP) as the cocatalyst,to produce poly(propylene carbonate)(PPC).The copolymers were characterized by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(1H-NMR) and Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR).The results show that the optimization conditions of CO2/PO copolymerization should be generated at 1.5 MPa of CO2, 40 ℃ and n(SalenCrⅢCl)∶n(DMAP)=1∶2,Copolymerization.An alternating PPC with 63 kg/mol high molecular weight was obtained for 20 h Copolymerization.
