二硅化钼(MoSi2)是目前广泛应用的一种高温材料,但低温脆性和高温抗蠕变性差限制了其应用领域,通过在MoSi2中添加碳化硅(SiC)能有效改善上述性能.本文综述了近十年来SiC-MoSi2复合材料制备方法,SiC颗粒、晶须、纤维等强韧化MoSi2材料的研究进展,并对SiC-MoSi2复合材料的其它性能进行了总结.
